Meet the Salyers

We met over 28 years ago, giving tram tours at Universal Studios - yes, we were those people. After that, we tried pretty much every type of production job out there: talk shows, award shows, live events, and clip shows. If it needed talent, a tight turnaround, or someone to solve a problem at 2 AM, we’ve probably done it. Somewhere along the way, we realized we were happiest in Unscripted Casting, and we’ve been doing it together ever since. Scott runs the creative side, Jen handles the organization side, and between the two of us, nothing slips through the cracks.

Together, we cast everything - from sizzle reels to network series - shepherding projects from “we have an idea!” all the way to “here’s the format - go!”

What drives us is simple: every show is a new adventure. Every project gives us a new puzzle, and we get to build real relationships with clients, teams, and cast members who trust us enough to let us tell their stories.
